In the rubble of an abandoned hospital devastated by a tornado, EJ helps Sami deliver their baby. Afterwards, EJ pauses for an extremely long time, the look on his face completely unreadable. Worried, Sami calls out to him.
Sami (anxiously): "EJ, what's wrong? Is the baby all right?"
Shaken out of his trance, EJ looks up and over at Sami.
EJ (ethereal): "She's beautiful...just like her mother."
